CHOOSING YOUR PRINT
Which material should I choose?
Start with where and how the print will be displayed. PVC and mesh are flexible banner options; Correx, Foamex and ACM are rigid board options. Read our Materials & Finishing Guide, then check the exact product specification.
SIZES & QUANTITIES
Can I order a custom size?
Use the size options offered on the product page. If you cannot find your dimensions or quantity, email the finished width, height, quantity, intended use and required date for a quote.
ARTWORK
Can I order before my artwork is ready?
Yes. You can place your order and send artwork later. Production turnaround starts only after payment is complete and print-ready artwork is received and approved where required.
UPLOADING FILES
Where do I send my artwork?
Use our artwork submission portal. Include your order number if available and identify the product, dimensions, scale and quantities for each design.
FILE SETUP
How much bleed do I need?
All small-format print, including flyers, business cards, stationery and brochures, requires 3mm bleed on every edge. Large-format requirements vary by material and finish. Follow the product page and see our Artwork Guidelines.
ARTWORK HELP
What if I am unsure my file is suitable?
Contact us before submitting, with the product, size and the issue you need help with. Do not assume a screenshot or web image will print sharply. Any additional work or service needed should be agreed before proceeding.
TURNAROUND
How long does production take?
Typically 3–5 working days, Monday–Friday. Large or complex orders may take 5–7 working days. The product page may specify a different time. The daily cut-off is 2pm for payment, print-ready artwork and approval where required.
DELIVERY
Does next-day delivery include printing?
No. Next-day delivery is the courier service after production. Allow time for both making your order and delivering it. For a fixed date, contact us before ordering.
DELIVERY COST
What does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is £10 + VAT and next-day courier delivery is £25 + VAT. Delivery is free on qualifying orders over £250 excluding VAT. Check the delivery guide and your checkout total for the service available to your order and postcode.
VAT & CHECKOUT
How do I check the final amount?
Review the product price and basket, then check the full checkout total including delivery and VAT before paying. If you need a different specification quoted, contact us with the details.
ORDER CHANGES
Can I change an order or replace artwork?
Contact us promptly with your order number and the change needed. Whether a change is possible depends on the stage of your order. A replacement file upload alone does not confirm production has stopped.
REORDERS
How do I order the same print again?
Send your previous order number, the quantity needed and any changes to size, material, finish or artwork. Confirm the final artwork version and current price before the new order proceeds.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
What if my order arrives damaged?
Record damage with the courier at delivery and contact us as soon as possible. If there is insufficient time to inspect, sign as damaged and let us know you were unable to check. If left without a signature, report any problem as soon as you discover it. Keep the packaging and send photographs with your order number.
