How to Order
From choosing your material to sending your artwork, here’s how to get your next print project underway.
01 / CHOOSE
Start with the right product
Browse banners, boards, signs, displays, stationery and more. Think about where your print will be used, how long you need it and how it will be displayed.
Check the product’s description, specification and available options. If you are unsure, ask before ordering.
02 / SPECIFY
Select size, quantity & finishing
Choose the dimensions, quantity and options offered on the product page. Check units carefully: 1 metre is 1,000mm.
Confirm single or double-sided print and any finishing, such as hems, eyelets or drilled holes. Custom-size options vary by product.
03 / CHECK OUT
Review your order & pay
Check the basket specification and quantity, delivery address, chosen service and full total, including delivery and VAT, before paying.
For an event or fixed deadline, contact us before ordering so we can check the available options.
04 / ARTWORK
Upload now or send it later
Order when you are ready and supply your artwork once it is complete. Use the product’s artwork instructions and current template.
Send final files through our artwork portal and include your order number, finished size and quantities for each design.

Complete any artwork approval
If approval is required, check all details carefully and respond to the approval request. Production turnaround starts once payment is complete and print-ready artwork has been received and approved where required.
Sending artwork later or requesting changes can move your production start date.
06 / DELIVERY
Allow time for making & shipping
Typical production is 3–5 working days, Monday–Friday. Large or complex work may take 5–7 working days. Product-specific turnaround information takes priority.
Delivery is a separate stage: next-day courier service begins after production.

- Have you selected the correct product, dimensions, quantity and finish?
- Does your delivery address include the right postcode and any necessary business details?
- Have you allowed for production, artwork approval and delivery?
- Have you checked the total and the product’s artwork requirements?

Ask about your project
If the size, material, quantity or finish you need is not shown, send the details for a quote. Include the intended use, display location, delivery postcode, required date and artwork status.
ALREADY ORDERED?
Changes & reorders
Contact us promptly with your order number if anything needs changing. Changes depend on the order’s stage; please do not assume an email or replacement upload has stopped production.
For a reorder, quote your previous order number and confirm the current size, quantity, finish and artwork version.
