SOMETHING NOT RIGHT? LET’S TAKE THE NEXT STEP.
Order Issues & Returns
If there is a problem with your delivery or print, contact Banners&Boards with your order details so we can investigate.
Check your delivery with the courier
- Check the package at delivery and record any damage with the courier by marking it as damaged.
- If you are not given sufficient time to inspect the package, sign as damaged and tell us that you were unable to check it.
- If the parcel is delivered without a signature, check it as soon as possible and notify us of any issue as soon as you discover it.
Keep the packaging, labels and goods while we look into the problem. These steps help us investigate and raise any relevant courier claim.
01 / TELL US
Send your order details
Email info@bannersandboards.co.uk with your order number, contact details, delivery postcode, delivery date and a clear description of what is wrong.
If your print is needed for an event or installation, include the required date.
02 / SHOW US
Include useful photographs
Photograph the outside packaging, courier label, protective packing and the affected item. Include a whole-item photo and clear close-ups of the problem.
For a size concern, include a photo showing the measurement. For several affected items, tell us how many.
03 / NEXT STEPS
Let us check the details
We’ll review the information and may ask for further photographs, measurements or the goods for inspection. We’ll discuss the appropriate next step once the issue has been assessed.
Please contact us before returning anything so we can confirm the correct return instructions and address.
What kind of problem do you need help with?
DAMAGE
Damaged in transit
Record damage with the courier where possible and notify us promptly. Keep all packaging and avoid discarding or altering the affected goods while we investigate.
If a damaged item may be unsafe to use, keep it out of use.
MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Something missing or different?
Check the packaging and order confirmation, then tell us which item or quantity is missing or incorrect. Include photos of what arrived and any package labels.
If you received several parcels, tell us which were delivered.
PRINT OR FINISH
A concern with your print
Describe the concern and show its position on the print. Include the approved artwork version where applicable and explain how the received item differs from your order.
Screen colour alone is not a reliable print-colour reference; tell us about any agreed colour requirement.
ORDER CHANGES
Need to change or cancel?
Contact us immediately with your order number. What can be changed depends on the stage of production. Do not assume a message or replacement artwork upload has stopped an order.
We will confirm what is possible and any agreed implications before proceeding.
RETURNS
Changed your mind?
Contact us with the order details before sending goods back. Personalised or custom-made print is generally excluded from the consumer change-of-mind cancellation right.
This does not remove your rights if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer requirements. Different rules may apply to standard, non-personalised goods.
Keep the information together
Email subject: Order issue – [your order number]
Include: what happened, which items and quantities are affected, delivery date, photographs and any required event date.
Our delivery-check and reporting process does not limit your statutory consumer rights. Signing for a parcel does not remove those rights.
Contact us about your order
Email the details and photographs so we can investigate. If the matter is urgent, call with your order number as well.
