Bollard Covers

Product Description

Turn existing bollards into advertising space with lightweight covers from Banner&Board. Quick to assemble and cost-effective, they suit car parks and pedestrianised areas. You may also know them as toblerone signs, pillar covers or bollard boxes.

Made from corrugated 4mm Correx, each cover has vertical flutes for strength and stability. Machine cutting and creasing provide accurate panels and folds, helping you achieve a precise fit quickly.

Direct-to-board printing gives you a finished graphic that assembles in seconds.

Fitting

Before March 2022, covers used a 30mm adhesive tab with double-sided tape. The flat-packed product needed assembling and the tab attaching at the installation point.

Since March 2022, the covers have used an interlocking mechanism without adhesive tape. This lets you take them apart quickly without damage and reuse them when needed.

Bespoke Sizes

For a bespoke size, send us the following details:

• How many sides you will be having
• The width of each side
• The height of the cover

Our usual maximum overall Correx board width is 1200mm. Include the 96.5mm allowance for interlocking tabs within that width when planning your cover.

Larger Correx sheets may be available. Ask us about availability if your design needs a larger format.

For a branded car park or pedestrian area, check the cover dimensions against the bollard before ordering. The interlocking design lets you remove and reuse the printed cover when needed, while the flat-packed format keeps assembly straightforward. Send the number of sides and panel measurements if a standard format does not meet your requirements.
